Receive free delivery with all orders over £50 to mainland UK!

All UK orders are delivered by a tracked next day-delivery service (Mon-Fri) with a signature required upon delivery. We aim to process your order within 48 hours, you will receive a tracking number via email upon processing of your order.

Products delivered to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside of the UK.

Returns

To return a faulty or damaged product:
We're really sorry that you have received a faulty or damaged product, please do get in touch with us at MADE BY ZEN on 0161 2573644 or via email [email protected] and our lovely team will be happy to assist you. We will require your order number and details of the issue, we may also request to see photos or videos to enable us to process a refund or exchange.

Want to return your order?
We're sorry to hear that you want to return your order. As long as the product is in it's original packaging, unused and purchased within 28 days we would be more than happy to receive your return. All goods being returned are sent at your cost, we suggest keeping hold of your postal receipt until confirmation of delivery is received.
