These sequences include Balance, Release, and Clarity, which use different breathing techniques to help quieten your mind, relieve stress and tension, and calm your nervous system.
Balance:
A harmonising rhythm of equal 5-second cycles to help quieten the mind and find a moment of mindfulness.
Release:
A powerful technique of short 3 second inhales followed by a lengthy 6-second release, to relieve stress and tension.
Clarity:
Also known as ‘Box Breath’, Clarity breath slows down your breathing cycle with a harmonising balance of four breath exercises. Inhale, hold…exhale hold to calm the nervous system.
